System Administrator I
Job Description: Help Desk PC and Server level support including taking support calls/emails, resolving both PC and Server level issues. Basic to Advanced troubleshooting required. Tasks include supporting both windows and mac PCs as well as Windows Server and Linux based Servers running everything from Remote Desktop, mail/exchange and web services to Asterisk based phone systems.
Requirements: Technician must have at least 5 years on the job experience. Certifications including A+, MCP, MCSE or equivalent certifications. Must pass an interview exam. Must pass background and driving verification.
Required Knowledge: Windows XP – 8.1, Windows Server 2003 – 2012, Microsoft Exchange 2010-2013, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, Group Policy, Asterisk, Yealink.
Preferred Knowledge: Linux (PHP, MySQL, Apache, Postfix,) MAC OSX (basic knowledge,) Yealink, Amtelco.
Working Hours: Some night and weekend work is required as part of the job. Working hours 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break and at least two 15 minute breaks. Sick and vacation hours available after 6months employment.
Other Details: Work hours may be split between two locations (Peachtree City and Carlton, GA). Driving to customer sites for on-site work is required as part of the job. Using Email and Help Desk Ticketing software will be required.
Reimbursement: $42,000/year with bonuses based on job performance and availability.
